Management Team



Ross Kayuha specializes in building startup companies to maximize their market potential. Ross held a senior role during Claremont Technology Group’s growth from $3M to over $65M revenues in six years; including an initial public offering (IPO) and eventual acquisition. Ross was the CEO of Strategic Thinking Industries, a healthcare software startup company, and has served as either CEO or advisor to many other startups.



Dr. Jed Johnson has a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, with a focus on biomedical applications. Dr. Johnson has served as the Principal Investigator on numerous grants from the NSF, NIH, and State of Ohio. As an inventor of the technology, and with nearly a decade of experience building bio-engineered scaffolds, he is considered a world-leader in the field of tissue engineering.



Ronald Bracken is a former Vice President of Research and Development for C.R. Bard, with 27 years of R&D experience. Most notably, he was responsible for the development and launch of the Agento® I.C. anti-infective endotracheal tube, the only clinically proven antimicrobial coated endotracheal tube on the market. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Dr. Brian S. Cohen, MD

Dr. Brian Cohen is an orthopedic surgeon in Chillicothe, Ohio and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Adena Regional Medical Center and Fayette County Memorial Hospital. He received his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and has been in practice for more than 20 years.


Dr. Anthony A. Romeo, MD

Dr. Anthony Romeo is a sports medicine physician at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush and Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at Rush University Medical Center (RUMC). He is also a team physician for the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Bulls. Dr. Romeo lectures and teaches advanced surgical techniques to surgeons all over the United States and the World.
